The Tolkien Collector 31
The latest issue of The Tolkien Collector, no. 31, is almost ready for posting to subscribers. In addition to the usual description of recent books by and about J.R.R. Tolkien, Tolkien Collector 31 contains a lengthy comparison by Christina of the editions to date of Tolkien’s ‘Father Christmas’ letters (1976–2009), with details of transcriptions and reproductions as they have variously appeared.
Those subscribers who received an expiry notice with the previous issue, no. 30, and still wish to receive The Tolkien Collector but have not yet renewed, are reminded again to do so according to the terms on our website. If there are any subscribers who are not sure when they need to renew, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we will be glad to advise. We always enclose a renewal notice with the last issue on a subscription.
We have continued to list on our website the names of five ‘lost’ subscribers to whom we owe issues and will gladly supply them on receipt of a current address.
